It was with such pleasure to be invited by Asia Dive Academy and Deep Blue Scuba to conduct a talk about fundamentals of underwater photography. More than 2 hours speaking in front of scuba diving enthusiasts, it brought back memories of my time teaching at the University when I was based in Melbourne. I forgot how much I loved teaching. I used to be pretty good at it; although that was a long time ago.
Anyway, it was flattering to have all the seats filled up at ADA. Some participants even had to make themselves comfortable on the floor while others filled up standing spaces at the back of the room. It was a nice relaxed session; so relaxed that I didn't feel out of place with my rolled-up jeans and bare feet. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I hope that the participants found the talk useful. With thanks to ADA, such events are something that would love to be part of again.
