International Photography Awards

I'm really pleased to have come in 2nd place under the Underwater, non-professional category of the 2017 International Photography Awards.

The Award is offered by the Lucie Foundation and offers professionals and hobbyists like me, a platform for wider exposure. Some of the winning images from abstract to architectural are just breath-taking. My monochrome image of a humpback having a swinging good time received a placing, but missed out on a chance to compete at the Lucie Awards in New York. It is nevertheless an honour and a great reason to celebrate over a Friday night beer.
